About Normal Zebra Method™
Normal Zebra Method™ is a structural capacity framework for neurodivergent adults navigating burnout, invisible load, and repeatable depletion cycles.
Many high-functioning neurodivergent adults experience a repeatable pattern of strong performance followed by sudden depletion.
The problem is rarely motivation.
It is rarely intelligence.
It is rarely discipline.
It is a misreading of capacity mechanics.
Adult NZM exists to provide a structural explanation — and a predictive model — for that cycle.
Where it began
The framework emerged from pattern observation, systems thinking, and lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult.
It integrates:
behavioural pattern analysis
capacity modelling
load accumulation principles
sustainability metrics
What it is
The Method is evolving deliberately and modularly.
Normal Zebra Method™ currently includes:
School NZM (Aotearoa New Zealand)
Capacity modelling tools
