About Normal Zebra Method™
Normal Zebra Method™ is a structural capacity framework for neurodivergent adults navigating burnout, invisible load, and repeatable depletion cycles.
This work began with a simple question:
Why can capable people function well for so long… and then suddenly hit a wall?
Many neurodivergent adults experience a repeatable pattern: strong performance, followed by sudden depletion.
The problem is rarely motivation.
It is rarely intelligence.
It is rarely discipline.
It is a misreading of capacity mechanics.
Adult NZM exists to explain that pattern — and help you work with it.
Where it began
This framework emerged from pattern observation, systems thinking, and lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult.
It draws from:
behavioural pattern recognition
capacity modelling
load accumulation
sustainability principles
What it is
The Method is designed to evolve over time.
Normal Zebra Method™ currently includes:
Adult NZM (International)
School NZM (Aotearoa New Zealand)
Capacity modelling tools
